C5 Ultra My Xperia Protection unable to Authenticate valid Google account.

My phone got locked after doing a factory reset and now I am not able to use it. I tried logging in my valid google account credentials but the device failed to authenticate it. 

I already reset my phone using PC Companion and it gave me fresh start screen similar to when I got the phone the first time where I have to select the default language, but after few seconds the black window that requires Xperia protection authentication appeared again. And it still cannot authenticate the logins!

What should I do now???

Yeah I'll be bringing my phone to the service center tomorrow. According to what I have searched it's a software bug from the Xperia Protection recently experienced by M4 Aqua Users. Sony should stop this protection service for now.

I also have c5 ultra and have same problem.but my big problem is that in lebanon there is no local support for sony.can any one help me please?

I'm sorry to say this but only your Local support / Xperia Care can solve this
