Hi,
my sony c5 ultra telephone does not turn on. The red charging lamp is not green when I plug the phone into the charger. I've been in charge for more than 24 hours, but it still hasn't improved. Also I tried different charger but again the problem is not solved. I thought the problem was battery-related and I changed the battery with a new one, but still the problem is not solved.
what can be the problem and what can I do about the solution?
