My phone starts with the optimization of the application 1/1

I have the same problem. 

My phone starts with the optimization of the application 1/1 and it takes aprox 20 minutes to start , and during the day my phone restarts automatically.  I have already tried to do a  hard-reset and to update software but it hasn't changed. Can someone help me?

Uninstall TRUECALLER APP !

The said app is increasing the boot time with "optimization of the application 1/1" message...

Hope this helps as it worked for me....
