Restarting problem while charging

Hi,

I am facing a very weird issue with C4 dual. Whenever, I am connecting my phone to charger for charging, the boot boots, Xperia logo apprears and phone shutt off. Again, the same thing gets repeated.

I have tried using different chargers but the problem still persists. Its very annoying and irriating.

Could any one help me out what exactly is the matter? Its the hardware problem or something else?? I am not able to use my phone since it is not getting charged?

Hi @Mannu2, sorry to hear about this.

Does this only occur when using a wall mounted charger or is it the same if you charge the device using a USB port on for example, a computer?

If I understand correctly, the device boots up just fine if it's not connected to a charger, is that correct?

It's very hard to say if this is related to software or hardware before we troubleshoot, so I would recommend that you start with removing the SIM and/or SD card(s) from your device, connect it to a charger and see if there is any change.
