Speakers not working

Hey guys, Yesterday morning I'm just chilling on my room, plugged in my headphones while watching some YouTube videos, and when I remove it, the speakers doesn't work! I tried plugging in-out multiple times, factory reset, restart, and tried fixing on Sony Companion. I don't know what happened, it's just, instantly! Yes the phone detects that the headphones are not plugged in. But why not playing on the speakers? Also I tried installing Audio About and going on Safe mode but no luck.

Please help! I can't use my Alarm!

I'm sorry to hear this.

When you say that you try to fix this with Sony Companion, do you mean that you have performed a software repair using Xperia Companion? If not I would recommend that you do so.

If you have done so and you are still experiencing the same behavior I can only recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.
