Saya memiliki handphone Sony Xperia C5 Ultra. Permasalahannya dalam dalam 3 bulan ini baterai hp Sony saya cepat sekali habis. Bahkan waktu bertelepon melalui aplikasi Whatsapp dam bermain game online baterainya cepat sekali habis. Saya ingin bertanya ke Sony Center di Plaza Medan Fair melalui nomor 061-4140508 tapi sudah saya telepon hingga puluhan kali tapi tidak ada jawaban. Sebagai pelanggan saya sangat kecewa dan menyarankan untuk menutup dan menghapus layanan telepon tersebut. Karena percuma saja ada layanan telepon tapi tidak ada respon dan jawaban sama sekali.
