It happens to me again. For several years I made the decision to choose Xperia without considering other cell phone brands, until for the second time I had to replace it in a compulsory way by Fallas.

The problem started with an M4, which failed the camera, it was sent to technical service with the supplier and the answer was that there was no solution. I had to buy another device, even giving confidence to the brand I decided on a C5.

I am now forced to change device again because the C5 has stopped working. He started off by himself and could start it again, until he did it more and more often and took hours to restart, until it was no longer possible to turn it on. I made the software repair from the computer, with the cell phone after the repair and without installing anything the problem continued until it was turned off and no longer turned on.

It is unfortunate to have to change the device in a compulsory way due to failures in two consecutive occasions, so I stop acquiring this brand and I will look for others hoping for better fortune.

Me ocurre nuevamente. Por varios años tomé la decisión de elegir Xperia sin considerar otras marcas de celular, hasta que por segunda vez he tenido que reemplazarlo de manera obligada por Fallas.

Comenzó el problema con un M4, el cual falló de la cámara, se mandó a servicio técnico con el proveedor y la respuesta fue que no había solución. Tuve que adquirir otro dispositivo, aún dándole la confianza a la marca me decidí por un C5.

Me veo ahora obligado a cambiar nuevamente de dispositivo ya que el C5 ha dejado de funcionar. Comenzó apagándose solo y podía volver a iniciarlo, hasta que lo hizo cada vez más seguido y tardando horas para volver a encender, hasta que ya no fue posible encenderlo. Realicé la reparación de software desde la computadora, con el celular tras la reparación y sin instalar nada ha continuado el problema hasta apagarse y ya no encender.

 

Es lamentable tener que cambiar de dispositivo de manera obligada por fallas en dos ocasiones consecutivas, por lo que dejo de adquirir esta marca y buscaré en otras esperando mejor fortuna.
