How do I clean the lens on my Sony DSC-WX1?

The stain seems to be somewhere on the inside when I zoom in. they look like small worms.

If the stain/blemish appears to be internal, it may indicate damage to the inside of the camera. If it is just a stain, dismantling your camera to try and clean it could invalidate the warranty or could lead to damaging the camera further.

They will be able to let you know if the camera is under warranty and if not, you can find out about repair/internal cleaning costs.
