I have signed up into emma software but i have not recieved confirmation mail to access to amma software to repair my smart fone issues, please check in to issue to resolve my problem, Thankyou.

If Emma is asking you for a login you haven't copied the .ini file to the installation folder. Please see step 4 and 5 in the installation instructions: http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/how-to-download-and-install-the-flash-tool/.
Note that Emma is used for phones with unlocked bootloader. If you haven't unlocked the bootloader you should use PC Companion to repair the phones software: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

You can't register for an account as an end user. You need to copy the ini-file to the installation folder and Emma will then not ask for any registration or login.
And also note that Emma is only used if you have unlocked the phones bootloader. If you haven't done this you should use PC Companion instead.
