Sony Xperia E4g Notifications and Headphones issue

Hello!, as you can see i have a problem with the notifications and the headphones.. Let me explain it...

When i plug in my headphones and i set my phone to silent mode i keep getting the notification sounds from any apps. For example:

Im listening to music and i don't want any notification sounds to blow my ears off when i set the volume to 100% so i set the phone to Silent Mode but all the apps keep playing their sound so i don't know what to do. I tried to search through Google but i can't find anything.

I've found the solution myself. Since the support team is not responding ONLY TO ME i've maganed to get this thing solved.

The shortcut from the notification bar does not work, it sets the vibration on/off, nothing else. But if i low down my volume from the volume buttons i don't get notification sounds when my headphones are plugged in.
