BDV-E370 missing the netflix icon

Hi Guys

I have a BDV-E370 Blu-ray player, that I have had connected to the internet for a year or so, wathcing iplayer and you tube. I have just got a netflix account and wanted to watch netflix via my blu-ray player, but the netflix icon is missing from the video section (where the bbc iplayer, lovefilm etc icons are). I have reset the unit - no luck. I have reset the internet settings and updated the video selection - no luck. Its a UK bought unit and I am in the UK. I have registered the unit on the sony website. Any ideas what I can do to get the netflix icon??

In short, Netflix is not supported on pre-2012 devices
