Help Please

My niece has locked my phone using a pin.Now she has forgotten the pin,so I now humbly request u people to help me, what I have to do now??!!!!!!!:smileyshocked:

You have 2 options 

1. Keep trying, it might ask you for your Gmail password after 5 or so failed attempts 

or 

2. Do a factory reset, it will delete everything

You have 3 options 

1) use MyXperia 

myxperia.sonymobile.com

or 

2) android manager 

https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager

or 

3) SUS

I can't see my pictures on the gallery, when I open the app the screen is black and there isn't any pictures, can you help me?

Go to settings-apps-all-album,force stop,clear data and restart the phone.

1) If you r still facing the problem then find out if there is a file named 'nomedia' in your album  folder. If u find so then delete it and restart ur phone

or

2) go to settings>apps>all>media storage..........then click on clear data and clear cache
