mailing problem

I can't send mail from my xperia l, though I can recive mail. Whenever I try to send a mail connection error pops up. Please help me

Is it through Gmail or another Email app

In both email as well as gmail I m facing the same problem

perhaps there are issues with your data plan, does this happen with both data plan on and wifi?

In both cases I get same response.

Can it be due to some settings which I have to change? It occurs only in case of email

This is quite odd, have you changed any background data setting?

No, it is not changed. The problem is with yahoomail only. Gmail is working well

I have removed the account and then activated it again but still it is showing connection problem while sending the mail
