Sony L1 does not turn on

Quería saber como puedo arreglar mi Sony L1 se me termino la batería y se me apagó ,paso una hora y lo puse a cargar y ya no me prendió está negra la pantalla

Have you tried different chargers and power outlets to see if it makes any difference? Also,  If the battery is drained, it may take up to 30 minutes for your device to respond to the charging. During this time, the screen may remain completely dark, not showing the charging icon.

Купил у сони Xperia L1 28 мая 2019  18W41 . TYPE:PM-1041-BV. Model:G3312. IMEI: .-... Ребенок наверно случайно его уронил в силиконовом очешнике . RSS его не хочет ремонтировать так как увидел вмятину на смартфоне. Я отнёс этот телефон сони посмотреть специалистам другим. МНЕ там сообщили, что акумулятор сони работает неадекватно. Он включается периодически.
Думаю, при этом , что мне был продан телефон с дефектом.
У меня самого сони d5803 работает исправно. Прошу рассмотреть вопрос о замене L1  поставщиком на другой XPeria.
