Answering phone

I keep missing calls because I can't see how to alter the length of time the phone rings for before it goes to answer phone. Can anyone tell me how to make it ring for longer please

Open your dialer

1) *#61# in the dial pad

this will then bring up a number and how long your ring time is, write down the number you'll need it later

2) on the dial pad again type this

**61*(put the number you written down before here e.g.. 07923874658)*11*(how long u want it to ring for before voicemail e.g.. 30 for 30 seconds)#

so it should look like this **61*07912345678*11*30#

3) exit everything, back to the dial pad, dial  *#61# just to double check that it worked

Dial **61*121*11*30#

Found the answer myself, annoying as I had been looking before I posted

For anyone else

Enter *#67#

touch call

Make a note of the voice number which will appear

Enter

**61*+(the number you wrote down)*30#

touch call

OK

that sets it to ring for 30 seconds, you can put in different seconds of course

Note the instructions I got said put in +44 then the voicemail number you wrote down, that didn't work, so I missed out the 44 and just put in the number including the 0 on the front and that worked. It has actually set up a forwarding with message option, but it also lets you control the ringtone length
