Bluetooth can't turn on on my Xperia Mini running on Android ICS

If i try to turn on my bluetooth my phone will shut down automatically and this issue still persist..what should i do or i must update my android again..please reply i need your help.. Sorry for my bad english

same thing happened to me just a while ago, after i turned my bluetooth on, my phone restarted, and now its stucked on sony - xperia boot screen loop. its keeps on going.

what seems to be the problem? please help.
i hope restoring to factory settings isnt an option i got so many files on my phone 😕

How about update service...if u have any solution don't forget to tell me..

I had contact Sony customer service and they recommend me to make factory reset...if this issue still persist u can contact them..i hope it's worked..

im facing similar problems with my xperia mini pro handset.. Now the issue is I can get my phone started(as it restarts time and again and I can't even see the home screen) so how do I factory reset my phone.. !?

i aslo faced the same problem,(my phone restarts without coming to the home screen and just one time it came to the home screen then i quickly went to the settings and restored it and it works fine now but i didnt dare again to turn on my bluetooth)
