Can't turn on my phone

I cannot switch on my Xperia T smartphone... This morning I charged the phone, then I switched it off... and now it is impossible to switch the phone on.... what can I do??

Try to press and hold both the on/off and volume up key until you feel one vibration.

If it still wont start, try holding the same keys until you feel three vibrations in a row. Then try to turn it on as usual.

when I press powert button the red LED bliks. I cant also repair with update service, because installation of updates fails before it finish
