what's the difference of Generic CH (=Switzerland) and Generic DE (=Germany)?? i'm using Generic DE (=Germany) it seems a bit laggy. is there any difference between those?
there isn't one, just few extra apps or less apps

I've tried different firmwares and so far they aren't laggy, uninstall mcafee and all antivirus, taskillers, battery apps

it seems that you will only void it if you damage your phone after or while rooting
