is this equivalent to upgrading with PCC or SUS? and after this can i repair it with PCC or SUS when i encounter a problem? will this unlock bootloader and root my phone?

yes it is equivalent, I will recommend to create a backup of your current firmware

this will NOT unlock your bootloader nor root your phone

yes you can, as long as you don't unlock the bootloader you will be able to repair, update your phone with SUS or PCC
