My V doesnt start

I got my V today and i started it 3rd time.. it doesnt start, the sony text shows up in to the screen but after that it freezes and doesnt respond into anything. I hope i havent bought a piece of sht..

charge it for 30minutes then re-install the latest update with SUS or PCC
