New Xperia for 2021

What news can I expect for 2021 in mobile phones? When and what will be their equipment.
 My old xperia z1 compact mobile phone is at the end of its life and I am looking for a replacement for it.

Maybe buy a Xperia 1 or Xperia 5 instead of the latest and the greatest.

These are bargains nowadays and still a giant leap forward.
