restarting the phone

I have a sony xperia j for about 8 months
every time I restart the phone .. If I don't wait from 5-6 minutes before I try to use it . most of the settings return to default and all music playlists removed
Is there any solution ?

I'm assuming your music is stored on your SD card?

It was on SD card but I moved them to internal storage and It still the same

No .. Works well in safe mode

You have some apps acting up,remove task killers,antivirus etc.
