Hi,
Do you connect it to the TV using Bluetooth or to a phone or tablet? It is normal for the sound to be lower during Bluetooth connection compared to a cable. Is the TV a Sony TV?
Regards,
Gladio

However, it's a soundbar without subwoofer, you cannot get a super powerful sound. And it depends of the source too... Have you tried with different inputs or videos (YouTube, Netflix...)?

I have the same sound bar. I connect via Bluetooth from my Xperia 5 using Plexamp. The volume is fine and goes pretty loud but wireless will often struggle to provide enough oomph to drive the speakers to their max in my experience. Use a wired connection and you should notice the difference. I will have a play about with min setup later and see if I can offer a suggestion.

Hi Ollsbols, it is expected for the sound to be lower when using Bluetooth as you know, however, I found if the distance between the phone and the headphones is close it will make a huge difference.
