Sony Xperia SP calling voice problem

Dear All,
I have a unique problem in my xperia so related to call voice. Whenever I am using my phone for a incoming and out going call, the voice of the person on the other side is coming to me with a 4-5 second lagging and also in slow motion (like when we play music's in PC or other players with a decreased play speed). I faced this problem 2-3 months before & went to the sony service center. They made a software update ( as they told me) & the problem gone. But now again I am facing the same problem with this device. Please help me.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

There is a setting for slow talk, check so this one is not marked via Settings > Call settings > Slow talk.

Thanks for your help, my phoine started with voice calling problems when I cam back off holiday and was driving me and my friends/family loopy, at first I thought they were all drunk or something! 
Thanks to your help, I have hopefully sorted this problem out now 🙂
