The mobile is showing 1% on battery

Hello guys.. I have sony xperia acro s

Andriod version : 4.1.2

i put it in charger around 4 hours and still showing only 1% of battery

i try different charger still same problem.... any help please ...

The software repair did not help. I would advise others to not take this approach.

As the Sony Backup method didn't work, I now have to go through and re-install all the applications.

What else do you recommend? Should I start a new thread? Do I need to send it in to be repaired/replaced? I'd rather not give up my phone for a few weeks while I wait, but I do have a two year warranty.
