Unable to find my phone in Software Update Service

I can't find my phone in Select your product  in Software Update Service . This is sooooo frustrating.  

Someone plz reply soon. Guys. I really want to use this service. My phone is already in 12.A.1.205 update. But in this forum, few suggested to use this service. My phone also have some minor probs. So really wanna give this a shot. I am from India.

I bet you are using Win8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system - You need to run the program in compatibility mode choosing Win7 or XP and if given an option use 32bit
