Hi.
Bought a brand new pay-as-you-go Xperia SP on EE. But a few days ago had an Alcatel One Touch Idol S with specs lower than the SP.
But i noticed that the Idol S is relatively faster than the Xperia SP in terms of initial startup, downloading/installing apps, opening/closing and flicking thru homescreens.
I wonder why is that?
Any advice please?

I think you need to unistall updates first, then the disable button should appear.
I have done that. I have basically reset the phone and installed updates. But where or how do i disabel them bloatwares?
Go to settings-apps-all,select the app you want to disable, uninstall updates(it is a button),after that you should get the button disable.
It only says "Force Stop" or "Uninstall". No Disable option.
And on the 3 small dots on the upper corner there is no such thing as say "Stop All" or something like "Stop Few".
Then I really don't know, you can try to force close those apps. However, they will activate every time the phone is restarted.
Because you are either using a lof of apps without closing the previous,or you do not restart your phone regularly,so the RAM is not refreshed.
mine is too slow so i decided to reinstall the update..i hope that can fix some problems...
It will.keep us updated.
i just reinstall the update unfortunately its still slow, the walkman on locked screen still not worked, but the volume indicator and screenshot are fixed...that's all that i noticed not much..
