Hi all,

I really want to know why Sony change that beauty dark backgrounds for Messaging and Contacts and Phone and turned to White!!! on new update for 4.1.2 Andriod? its really shocking for our eyes!!!

All environments of Sony S are dark and totally set with Black frame of Sony S.

Hello, it's stock Jelly Bean. All OEM with JB 4.1.2 has white background for messaging and contact. You have to roll back to ICS if you want black theme.

Surely the colour could be changed though? Stock JB must be customisable?

I feel the same way ! I update my phone this morning and since then, I'm looking up on the internet to find a solution...

Please, does anyone know how to manage to have the black background back on scene?

who said such thing ( All OEM with JB 4.1.2 has white background for messaging and contact )?!!! do you see messaging or contacs backgrounds on samsung phones with android 4.1.2 ?

Android design is completely customizable and its easy for Sony to make it white or pink or anything else...

Of course you can customise it to black but Google changed it to white for easier viewing under bright Sunlight. Androidcentral got people from other OEMs asking how to get the white background. Stayed close meant going for stupied design that do not set with the phone design and dont care about people who used that products!!!

You can always go back to ICS; sell your phone and get Samsung or use Windows phone or Apple. This is from Google Android Jelly Bean unaltered. Write to Google instead.

Thanks for your crazy advice because sony made mess on design we should change our phone. or downgrade our OS, How much did they pay for you to post these craps?
