Xperia Acro S black screen after call

Hi! 

During a call the screen is black but when I want to hang up it doesn't go back to normal so I can't hang up the phone. It doesn't matter what button I press. Instead I have to restart the phone. One time I made a call and came to an answeringmachine and couldn't hang up so the time was ticking and so was my money. It's a bit tricky and doesn't happen every time. Anyone know what to do? Or do I have to turn it in for service?

Hi, I did the software update monday. At first I thought it was solved because it worked a couple of hours on tuesday, but now it still happens every other call or so. Is there a next step? Thanks!

I think you should have your device checked at a sony service.
