Xperia Acro S black screen after call

Hi! 

During a call the screen is black but when I want to hang up it doesn't go back to normal so I can't hang up the phone. It doesn't matter what button I press. Instead I have to restart the phone. One time I made a call and came to an answeringmachine and couldn't hang up so the time was ticking and so was my money. It's a bit tricky and doesn't happen every time. Anyone know what to do? Or do I have to turn it in for service?

Hm, I think I was a bit too optimistic, sorry

Next day the problems came back. 

I do have a warranty from the store but I really dont want to send it in for service. But I guess maybe I have too.

Or do you have any other good advise?

Download SUS and try a software repair:

Hi, I downloaded the program but when I was going to pick modell mine is not in the list?

You have to run SUS in compatibility mode with windows 7.

Ok, I have windows 8. Can I change it?

Do you know how to run in compatibility mode?Just start the troubleshooter then.
