xperia sp hangs & Can't download hotfix

just got my new sp from a week but had the same problem as this guy

my cell hangs & not fast .so i first unistall clean master the task killer app as u said , already had on my laptop win8.1 pc companion but couldn't install the hotfix although choosing the correct edition which is win8.1 x64 , got a msg saying windows update standalone installer as a title & in it the update is not compatible to ur computer
could u help ?

try installing sus and then prforming software repair

you must run sus under compatibility mode with windows 7

btw it has the last update 4.3 & i factory reset it after that... but i don't have a win7 version no any other suggestions ????

you dont need to have win7

after install sus right click on its icon >propertis>compatibilty tap(i dont have win8 maybe i said names wrong) ..there you can choose program load under wich version of windows
