Xperia SP stuck on SONY logo after flashing

Need Help..My SP stuck on sony logo after i flasing the phone..i already try with sony update services but it wont work with notice that my phone had a custom firmware and i start flashing with flashtool again but it still didnt work

Try booting in safe mode, if not already. Open back case and press hardshutdown button, then press POWER + Volume down together. Keep these buttons pressed until you reach home screen (this might take somewhere b/w 3 to 10 mins). Once you are in OS then move around a few screens and small apps, to realize it working fine then shutdown and turn on phone normal way. You may have to repeat these steps 2-3 times.

3 to 10 minutes press power and vl down button after hard reset and i can going in safe mode? thats take too much time..any different way to get fix my phone ?

i think you flashed it with wrong version...try to flash it with stuck rom...then repair via SUS

you must find it in XDA forum

goto sp section and there you can find stock roms...sorry im not experienced in this kind of works
