Could you tell us which network you're on please? That's the point of this thread, the actual rollout to users is dependent on which network you're on. For example, O2-UK hasn't made it available yet via PC Companion or OTA.

Also still on 4.1.2 here in the Netherlands on my SIM free phone. Bought it as a T-Mobile Bond phone and unbranded it after a few months.

Is not correct. I'm on a unbranded lt30p in the Netherlands and still on 4.1.2. No update yet.
