Can’t find Amazon prime app on KDL-50W829B

I have a Bravia KDL-50W829 tv, in Italy. I cannot find the Amazon Prime Video app on the All app screen. How do I correct this?

Hi Judy, welcome to the Community.

Was your TV purchased in the UK? Many apps have regional restrictions and while Amazon Prime is available in Italy, it may cause an issue if the TV was not bought there.
