Sony BRAVIA KDL-42W653A

Hi All,

I have Sony BRAVIA KDL-42W653A that i am using amazon instant video on and sudenly stop working with error network error occured. Internet is okay and all other apps are working fine with internet. Software is up to date. Have called amazon if they can resolve the issue but all troubleshooting prove to be no avail. Please is their anything i can do to get the apps working?

Suggest turning TV OFF and ON again and trying again.
