Ok, next couple of ideas 
- Eco Settings > Power Saving = Turn it OFF
Picture Display Settings:
- Turn OFF - Reality Creation
- Turn OFF - Video Area Detection
- Turn OFF - Advance Contrast Enhancer (in advanced Settings)
- Turn OFF - Auto Light Limiter (in advanced Settings)
- Turn OFF - Live Colour (in advanced settings)
- Have a look at other settings to see if it would be suitable
Double Checking:
- You did turn Light Sensor OFF didnt you?
- Picture Mode = STANDARD (Instructions : HERE)
- Scene Select = GENERAL (Instructions : HERE)
