Hi,
I've had the above TV since November 2015 and on 3 seperate occaisions it does the following:
- Switches on with a picture but no sound
- The remote contol doesn't respond (SKY or Sony remote for TV functions)
- The buttons on the back of the TV don't respond
This means that you can't do anything - you can't get into the settings etc. Unplugging it for 30 mins or so does nothing. If you leave it unplugged all night in the morning it works like nothing was ever wrong with it!
Any thoughts?
