Today is the second time we have had significant issues with streaming apps on smart TVs in the last 6 months. I spent a significant amount of money on my Sony TV and more on Amazon and Netflix. Whilst I appreciate software issues may occur I think it would be courteous that Sony inform loyal customers if and when issues occur.
Come on Sony pull your socks up and act like a reputable retailer and treat your customers properly otherwise we'll be off to someone with a better customer experience.
