KD-49XG9005 playback problem with terrestrial tv apps

Keep on having a problem with loading tv programmes from the terrestrial tv apps - ITV Hub, BBC iPlayer and do on. Can get into the app, but cannot watch anything, keep on getting error message from the app. All other apps fine, can watch Netflix, Amazon etc all cables good and bandwidth is fine. Have reset the apps - only thing that makes a difference is turning turning tv off and on at the mains. What is going on, is this a fault with the telly ? Really, really frustrating
