Tablet S Reboot Loop

Ok i have a problem some other seemed to have had, but nothing i try fixes this apart from factroy reset, this is really annoying, everythings fine for a week or so then i get stuck in the loop, it boots to the UI then after say 1-2 mins reboots, and can do this for days then eventually comes on, i dont want to keep factory resetting and having to re download all my stuff again.

short press vol down and then power at same time, goes into warm boot for android then choose one of the options....  I seem to remember someone telling me this over 12 months ago, so it may be vol up. good luck
