Can't make phone calls

Телефон перестав бачити сім карту, при спробі телефонувати просить вимкнути режим у літаку хоча він вимкнутий. 

The phone stopped seeing the seven card, when trying to make a phone call it turns off the airplane mode even though it is switched off.

Hi @No_name2, sorry to hear about you not being able to make calls.

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

Are you asked to turn off  the air plane mode to make calls, or is it turned on when you are trying to make the call? Just to make sure a downloaded application isn't acting up, could you try and restart your device in safe mode and see if there is any change?

You can also try with a new SIM card or if you can borrow one from a friend, colleague or family member.
