I've got a X performance still in warranty, showing signs of screen Burn in, as can be seen in the attached photo.
I've contacted Sony support twice, as a result of those contacts I sent the device in for repair, and both times the device was sent back without being repaired.
This is not the kind of support I would expect from Sony.
Is there some way of being taken seriously by Sony
