Change sony xperia x to custom ringtone

I have noticed recently that my ringtone has changed into an unknown one.  I tried changing it from setting > sound > phone ringtone but noticed also that only default are ringtones available. I would like to change the ringtone from my music gallery. If you will suggest clicking some plus icon or music icon from phone ringtone, well it doesn't seem to have one.  PLEASE HELP.

If not present then make a directory named 'Ringtones'

There you can add all kind of music to have a choice of ringtones.
