Getting sick of this overheating

(Sony X performance)

Hello, just wanted to give this forum a shot, im running out of ideas and will to fix this problem soon. Ever since i bought my phone for almost a year ago, i quickly started to notice how the phone got very hot after using it a little while. The big problem started when i used the snapchat app, it is enough that i start that app and chatt or open a picture, after 1-2 min the phone is so hot i start to lagg and to say that i can use it perfectly after, would be to lie.

Its not only after using snapchat thoe the problem is worse after snap cuz it make the phone hot and start to lagg after only 1-2 min, it is also when i use the youtube app but i can have that app running for 10-15 min before it starts to take a toll on the phone...

Also i dont find the camera thats good as i expected it to be when i bought this, could be cuz i cant use it so much due to the heat making the camera unable to use due to the "heat protection"..

I had owned Sony since i started to use a phone since i was a kid, i must say that im so dispointed no that im thinking of switching to apple... My phone is barely 1 year, and its already more slow and outright worse than Iphones and Samsung phones thats 2-4 years old.

Any ideas anyone?

Same problem.l use the phone for email and pictures. A while ago l noticed problems with the screen, when l took the phone out of its protection, the back part was almost completely detached(unglued) so l pushed a bit toreattach, it felt like some parts are bent inside. Rebooting will fix the screen temporarily until the screen turns automatically off after 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware the manufacturing guarantee expired. Repairs are expensive. I am sure is a manufacturing problem.Sony product quality declined after 2010. I will not buy another Sony.

I thought it was just me! I was really rooting for Sony and their Xperial lineup but this is unacceptable. Imagine a phone in 2019 can't keep its cwmea app open for more than 2 minutes!
