Hello, after connecting the headphones, the speakers in the phone do not turn on. I have the same headphones and everything worked once

I'm not quite sure exactly what you mean, could you elaborate your question a bit? 

But if I understand your question correctly, when you connect a headset to your device, does the phone speaker stop working?

Basically earlier today I plugged my headphones in and I started getting messages pop up saying "headset not supported. Use another headset or visit Sony mobile support site for more information" and I tried with about 3 other pairs of headphones but nothing worked at all I tried restarting my phone multiple times and nothing worked at all please help
