In call min. volume too loud (20%)

Hi,

Is it normal that i can't lower my "in call" volume under 20% on Xperia X compact?  Do others have this problem too? Sometimes it can be very annoying. It looks like you have a loudspeaker turned on. I have android Oreo. Thx.
