My Xperia X get very hot without any reason. And I hate it.

I think that maybe an app is responsible for this. Just see if your phone gets hot in the safe mode. If it is not, then it is an application that ruins your phone. To turn on the safe mode, just tap the on-off button, and long press the "turn off" choice. Your phone will restart on safe mode.

Goto settings and do a search for consuming apps.

And/or delete some apps, preferably the lasts installed.

AR extensions for the camera are very bad for the battery and make your Phone get hot. Do you close all of your Apps, when you finish using them? Turn off NFC, Bluetooth & Hotspot.
