Not working Fingerprint xperia x f5122

Hi

Many times I try but not working my fingerprint . Please help me

Erase all Fingerprints, clean the scanner, create new Fingerprints, two of every finger you use.

- I also have a fingerprint problem with my used Xperia X.

When i wanna add a print, he every time says that I`ve runned out of time, but he already says that after 2 seconds.. it doesn`t give me any time to let me tap the button. Is there any fix for that?

*#*#7378423#*#* says that fingerprint sensor is ok.

- My power button (and fingerprint sensor) looking very strange.. Don`t know what the previous owner have done with it, but maybe it`s because of that?

- Every time i push the power button to put the screen on, there are some lines visible on my screen.. maybe a broken motherboard? Ive made a video, here a link:

I recently bought a used Xperia X F5122.

- When I wanna add a fingerprint, after 2 seconds, system says that I`ve runned out of time.. It don`t give me the time to put my finger on the sensor.. when dialing *#*#7378423#*#*, system says finger print sensor is ok.

- The power button and sensor are looking very horrible too, I don`t know what the previous owner have done with them..

Best option you have is resetting everything.

Use Xperia Companion, how-to in the Support App.

Hope it'll bring relief.

If not you have had bad luck.
