Voice secretary and how to delete it

Hi all,

Can someone tell me how to delete voice secretary from my phone. Several years ago I found the option to record my voice, so when someone calls me and I don't answer certain time, this recorded message activates telling that I am busy at the noment and I will call them later. I thought it will be practcall thing but it turns out that it isn't. So now I want to delete this option (voice secretary). I looked everywhere but I can't find settings for this recorded voice nessage that I left few years ago.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @Bogdan121, welcome to our forum!

Depending on your operator specifications, the Xperia answering machine may be available in your device. If you open up the application called Phone and then you tap the three dots in top right corner > Calls > Xperia Answering Machine. Here you can turn the Xperia answering machine off.

If it is not available, or is not activated, you will need to get in touch with your operator as the voicemail you have set up in your device is theirs and it can't be turned off in the phone settings.
