Volte enable/disable setting not found on network setting.

Please help me in this regarding. Volte setting not showing in mobile network setting. And not activating jio and airtel also. No update recived. Help me in this regarding. I saw my friend . He used normally jio with volte . And logo also showing in notification bar. Help me.
